There are pros and cons. The porch railing was VERY low, would be a hazard if you lose your footing. Our special needs sons had to be held on to very tight and tied down to the rocking chair. The area rug was very dirty, needed to be removed. I would suggest furniture covers because of stains but seating was comfortable.
You can tell a lot of updates have been done. The deco and baths/kitchen were very pretty. You can hear the ocean waves, as well as watch the water. Beds were very comfortable! Very large apartment, wonderful grassy area. My pup loved the grounds
