"Staff & Amenities were great. I was disappointed that when we arrived at 3:50pm, we were told the room wasn’t ready, that it should be ready by 4:00pm (10 mins later). We went to get something to eat and came back at 5:00pm and they still wasn’t sure if the room was ready, it didn’t show cleaned in the system. Someone had to go and look to make sure it was clean. The rooms could have been cleaned better. The bathroom smelled like urine, and when I pulled the chair away from the lamp that was against the wall, it was trash & dusty in all the corners & along the baseboards. The rooms were really in need of deep cleaning. Look like housekeeping only perform surface cleaning. A real good cleaning needs to happen at least weekly. This would make the property better. While we were waiting, a couple came in and said the room they were given was so dirty they couldn’t stay and said they were leaving. That scared me for sure. Especially with the items they said was left in the room. I was just praying that we didn’t have the same experience."

"The room itself was mostly nice. The bed was very creaky. Bathroom tiles were a little loose. Patio door was insanely hard to lock. We had to change our door key twice and food got cold because we had to go through after hours. Our neighbors above us were smoking cigarettes and pot and dropping ashes on our patio table and chairs. Location was great. Room was well cleaned though"
