「Fabulous stay at this gorgeous BnB with charming hosts. Loved the spacious ensuite room with soaking tub. Breakfast was perfect and the shared living space (with breathtaking Brecon Beacon views) was so comfortable that H enjoyed posting up there for work. Would love to return for a longer (than 2 night) visit and check out more of the hundreds of nearby hikes. 」

「Excellent hotel in the centre of brecon. While the free parking was often full the nearby paid car parks were very reasonable (4 gbp) . Lovely hosts and delicious breakfasts. 」

The people at the reception are incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The English breakfast was delicious and freshly made each morning. We had a delicious meal in the restaurant one evening. Staff were all brilliant and extremely helpful. The swimming pool and hot tub were really nice, especially after a long hike. 「What a fantastic weekend stay at The Mill at Glynhir. Our hosts Matt and Helen were so hospitable nothing was too much trouble. Though we were only there for 2 nights we felt like we had known them for years! Their attention to detail was spot on. From the miniature toiletries/dental kits etc Through to the chocolate goodie Jar. The breakfast was amazing. We will definitely be going back.!」

「The food at the hotel was lovely. We had an evening meal and breakfast. The restaurant staff were very friendly and very attentive. The bar was adequately stocked, but I think they missed a trick. The hotel is pretty close to Penderyn distillery , yet stock nothing of their range. I for one would definitely have spent more at the bar if more Welsh or local beverages had been on offer. A black dragon cider would have been preferable to a bland Singha beer, or a penderyn single malt over whatever...
