「I was very impressed by the young man working I had came to him and told him I believe my room was not cleaned properly before I checked in and I showed him the pictures I had taken and then he took a picture of them and told me he would let his manager know and then moved me to a different room and we both inspected it. He was very apologetic even though he didn’t know it hadn’t been cleaned I had made reservations a week prior.」

「This was the nicest Holiday Inn that I have every stayed in. Both of the staff members that I encountered were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. My room was clean and I liked the lay out and breakfast was wonderful. Everything was well-stocked and delicious」

「Staff very friendly. One of the heaters didn't work in our original room, they moved us right away to an equivalent room. Rooms were clean and I'm good condition.」
