"Elevator was always trouble with our card. The slot did not work or the lights didn’t work. Room was dirty there was a tooth pick that you clean your teeth with hanging from the lights in bathroom so they did not clean that. They have only one large chair and then another hard chair so never could get comfortable. Tried the steak place inside and that was horrible experience ! We paid 217 dollars for two glass of waters. The steak was tuff and not cooked right. Ordered broccoli and got tree sticks! Corn was a mess and burnt and then the options of butter was not good! Breakfast is only served on Saturdays in smokin joes, Then on Sunday we went down for breakfast (at Ballys) and they shut my card off so we couldn’t get in on elevator or room. Check out isn’t till 11 am so why shut us out at 9:30? Bell boy had to let us in. Sad to say we won’t be back!"

"I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property. First, the room was not tidy upon arrival. In addition, my spouse and I made every effort to avoid using the bed throughout the night due to the condition of the room. There were also no towels available for bathing, and no face cloths were provided anywhere in the room. Furthermore, breakfast was advertised for both days of our stay; however, no breakfast was available at all. This was extremely misleading and inconvenient. I was also dissatisfied with the professionalism of the front desk staff. During the entire check-in process, employees were engaged in loud personal conversations instead of focusing on guests and providing proper customer service. The only positive aspect of the stay was that the property appeared to be secure. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and as a result, I do not intend to stay at your establishment again. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to prevent other guests from having a similar experience"

"Continental breakfast was decent. 2 waffle machines which the kids loved. They had blueberry muffins the first morning but none the 2nd day. Hotel staslff was super sweet, got extra towels when requested."
