"I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property. First, the room was not tidy upon arrival. In addition, my spouse and I made every effort to avoid using the bed throughout the night due to the condition of the room. There were also no towels available for bathing, and no face cloths were provided anywhere in the room. Furthermore, breakfast was advertised for both days of our stay; however, no breakfast was available at all. This was extremely misleading and inconvenient. I was also dissatisfied with the professionalism of the front desk staff. During the entire check-in process, employees were engaged in loud personal conversations instead of focusing on guests and providing proper customer service. The only positive aspect of the stay was that the property appeared to be secure. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and as a result, I do not intend to stay at your establishment again. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to prevent other guests from having a similar experience"

"Continental breakfast was decent. 2 waffle machines which the kids loved. They had blueberry muffins the first morning but none the 2nd day. Hotel staslff was super sweet, got extra towels when requested."

"This is not like other Margaritta Hotels. Our room was nice and clean, but the restrooms down in the main lobby were dirty. Valet parking was not available. The front desk was not friendly at check in. The food at the sports bar had a great club sandwich, but my chief salad was terrible. Tomatoes and avocados were spoiled should not have been served that way. Waitress did her best she was overwhelmed. Not enough staff on hand. We did not use the casino. They didn't have any keno slots or blackjack slots that we enjoy. We will not return to this hotel."
