「Room overall was okay. However, it was bad hospitality. There was an event going on and their noise level was way overboard. No respect to others guests. We were on the 9th floor and the we heard them partying all through midnight. Hotel is a place for us to rest and to have some quiet time, not having to hear music all night. We will not be back at this location. First and last, as there's no respect for the guests who paid for a place that's suppose to allow guest to rest, but that did not...

「I was not pleased with the additional cost ($50.00) from this hotel above the price of Expedia. there is a small lot behind the hotel to park while checking in, no signage of how to get there so you have to park in a garage $10.00 then the hotel charged additional $29.00 to park overnight. later i found that the hospital one block away only charges $5.00 for the blue parking ramp. with the additional charges added, this was not a good deal.」

「Great location- in the heart of Uptown- convenient to a lot of restaurants and theater where we were able to walk to. There is a parking lot behind T-Mobile building right across the street on Emerson. 24 hours is $18 - with no in/out privileges- but we parked and walked the neighborhood- so good deal. The room itself was small- but comfortable. The bed was comfy- although there was no fridge in the room. Enjoyed the complimentary bar drink.」

「I really enjoyed the property, it was very nice and clean. The little kitchenette was useful and the room was perfect for my stay. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the property. The snacks and accommodations were also great. I will be staying with them again! The only annoying thing was paying for parking, otherwise 4/5!! Thank you!」
