「I had an amazing stay at this resort with my two best friends and our kids (mostly teens.) The entire property is meticulously clean—from the rooms to the common areas, everything was spotless. 「On July 23rd, the fire alarm went off, unknown to us there was a high level of carbon monoxide in one of the residents rooms. We were let back in to our rooms after an hour, after all the rooms were checked. After I got back to my room after being out all afternoon, I found a gift bag in my room with a beautiful note of apology for the disruption. In my opinion, the staff went over and above」

「Our first time in America and we didn't know what expect but from day one it was great. Friendly staff always spoke or just a smile. More than what we were expecting i.e. bath and shower.
