They were unfailingly friendly, and everyone customer-facing spoke at least basic tourist English which I didn't expect but which was welcome - despite our best efforts for months, our Vietnamese is pitiful! A little odd that you bump into the bathtub first before you can walk into an open space in the bathroom when you slide the door. 1 star off bc the staff insisted to have a copy of my visa (which I didn’t have with me) on top of passport when checking in. Even the airport didn’t ask for that. 」

「We spent one night at the FLC resort after our Vietage train trip. I chose this resort because they had 4 bedroom villas that could accommodate my family of 8 under one roof with very reasonable prices. The resort feels secluded and it looks like the expansion portion is half done, but we had a good stay! Some parts of the resort is a bit worn, but the villa was beautiful and HUGE. 「酒店是很好，房間很大，望到海邊，但是早上的早餐非常差因為不夠。每次去拿食物 很多地方都是空的，供應不足。」

「這是一間很好的飯店，主要是地點優良、房間整潔舒適、隔音良好，服務人員相當有禮貌，附近有許多平價美食，都是當地居民會去聚集的地方，走路皆能到達。喜歡這間飯店。去年夏天在這住了四晚，今年則住了六晚。不過今年發現飯店旅行團的團客變多了，每到下午兩點後飯店就會顯得相當熱鬧，有點吵雜。比較悲慘的是在房間會聞到有人在陽台上抽煙。房間雖隔音不錯但不知為何晚上11點後還能聽到有人在唱歌。」

「Nice quiet room we had. Don’t know if you had one on other side. Staff was friendly although English was limited. At breakfast the staff very helpful. I asked for 1 hour delay at checkout but they were only able to accommodate 30min. Room are nice and clean. Since it’s holiday weekend a lot of kids. Made the pool water not as clear as you would expect. I would stay here again. 」
