Great staff /good location

The staff at this hotel are amazing and very helpful. We had a nice view from the 14th floor and our AC worked perfect contrary to some reviews I had read. I did find the bathroom a bit too compact for my liking. But there was good water pressure and loads of hot water. Beds were comfortable too.

I really enjoyed the breakfast, as well as the clean room. I wish the shower basin did not overflow into the bathroom, and I wish there was an electrical plug by the desk.

I was treaated like royalty. Because they were not very crowded, they moved me to a premium corner room with a great view of the ocean. The manager of the hotel went out of his way to make sure I had everything that I needed.

The hotel really treated me like royalty. I really appreciated the spacious and quiet and clean room. The breakfast was very good as well. Sometimes I must wait a little while for the elevator as there are only two elevators for 17 floors. But that is very minor compared to the other advantages of the room.

조용하고 편안한 휴식 공간

해변에서 두 블럭 안쪽에 위치해 있어서 5분 정도만 걸어가면 해변 산책을 할 수 있고 대로변이 아니라 번잡하지도 않고 조용하게 지낼 수 있어 좋았어요. 객실은 넓고 하루종일 환하며 침대는 너무 푹신하지도 너무 딱딱하지도 않아 꿀잠을 부르는 매력이 있었어요. 조식은 가짓수가 많진 않은데 다 맛있어요. 18층에는 헬스장이랑 루프탑수영장이 있어서 간단히 운동도 하고 한낮에 더위 피해 수영하며 시간보내기 좋아요. 꾸이년 자체가 굉장히 여유롭고 평화로운 곳이라 호텔에서 보내는 시간이 많았는데 객실 창으로 보이는 바다 풍경만 보고 있어도 좋았어요. 로비 직원들도 모두 친절하고 도움 요청하면 무엇이든 최선을 다해 도와주신답니다. 현지투어사와 연결해주기도 하고 다른 도시로 이동할 리무진버스 예약도 대신 해 주세요. 딱 하나 아쉬운 점, 꾸이년이 베트남 현지분들이 주로 오는 휴양도시이다 보니 조식 뷔페 이용할 때 다소 시끄럽게 느껴지긴 합니다. 근데 이건 호텔 문제는 아니고 여행자 입장에서 감수해야 할 부분인거 같아요.
