"Excellent staff, very professional and courteous. Conveniently located. Airport shuttle included in price. Even a day tour around the city, which wasn't originally advertised. Very pleasant two-day stay."

Staff was helpful in letting me change rooms when the wifi wasn’t great in my first room, which I greatly appreciated. Sofi at the front desk was incredibly nice and helpful in answering questions and offering advice."

"古いスタイルの豪華なホテル。プールもいつでも入れて、ショッピングモール直結。朝食もメインは日替わりで入れ替わる。 チェックアウト前日は、部屋清掃をスキップされたがタオルは新しいのをくれました。 部屋と同じフロアは、毎日イベント（結婚式）を、やっていましたが騒がしくはありません。 スタッフの方は皆親切でした。 また泊まりたい。"

"Very run-down hotel needs a urgent revamp. Not sure how Hotels.com could even list this on website. Breakfast one of the staff prepared an "English breakfast " overcook egg and hash brown did not even touch it. Booked for 4 nights and stayed for one. This is more like a cheap hostel rather than a hotel. Would not recommend "
