This is actually our second visit to this hotel. The staff is always so friendly, and my kids love reading the riddle of the day. Rooms are large and comfortable. We will stay hear a third time

Great staff and service. Just a few miles from downtown and UA campus. Reasonably priced compared to other options. Located close to the interstate, yet quiet accommodations.

The only thing that I noticed was there were no hangers in the closet in the room. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

Great choice
As always we fully enjoyed our stay here. The only suggestion I can make is having an option for a night light or dimmer light option in the restroom for night time bathroom visit. People in the area are very helpful as well. In the morning we had a low tire and stopped at a nearby gas station. In the time it took us to fill up the tire with air two people stopped to ask if we needed help.

Hotel is clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine and there are a lot of restaurant within less than 2 minutes of the hotel

Property is right on highway and we asked for room not facing it and the reception staff who was in the back on his phone said yes your room faces parking lot. No it didn’t :truck noise all night. Otherwise hotel is clean. Not crazy about room layout as the bathroom is in middle of room and a window sliding door so it’s bright if you turn on light while another is sleeping. I think this is typical for SpringHill suites.

The lady at check in ( I believe her name was Linda Sue) was so very nice and went over and beyond to answer our questions and accommodate us, the room was very roomy and clean( which is just what we were looking for) and very comfortable.
