「Clean room, very friendly staff」

「酒店地理位置蛮好，离吃饭的地方不远；员工服务热情，提供的早餐也蛮好；只是房间里的冰箱声音太大，每次启动吓人一跳的」

「这是我们整个行程住得最满意的酒店之一，我们住的是两卧室，房间很大，炊具是整个行程所有酒店中最齐全的，客厅的壁炉令客厅温暖舒服，客厅中的六人餐桌也是行程中所有酒店最大的桌子，我们可以很舒服地坐在一起吃饭聊天，最美的是客厅阳台外面就是五颜六色的秋色，美不胜收，令人心情舒畅。酒店离城镇超市也不远，唯一不便是没有电梯，要自己提着行李上楼，但酒店最高也只是4层，还可以接受。总体来说是非常满意的酒店。」

「I was very satisfied with the hotel and room as it was exactly as represented. There was a difficulty regarding payment at check in which was entirely on me and the girl at the desk was extremely pleasant and helpful as well as patient while I was contacting my bank for release of funds due to fraud activity on my account. 「The room was clean and comfortable even if the furniture was dated. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed the complimentary coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby area. The inn is located in a quiet area on the Wilson lake. It would be lovely in the summer to take advantage of the lake. In the winter it is still beautiful to walk out on the lake. 「The room was clean and spacious. We had plenty of towels. Breakfast was yummy. There were many grade school aged children staying at the hotel for swim meets and hockey games. Unfortunately, several of those children were very noisy running and shouting in the hallways. The hotel management addressed this issue very quickly after it they were notified.」
