"The concierge tried to put us in a room that had no windows. How could they do that? I was like no way I know I asked for a king size bed, but no one should be in a little room with no windows. He did move us to a double bed with windows, which was much nicer. I was never told that there was construction going on and no pool. We never would’ve stayed there. the restaurant was nice. Probably the only thing that the customer service guy was nice. He took care of us in our immediate problem. Thank you."

"I really loved this hotel. The price was great , the location is great , the pool is amazing, with a swim up bar . All the staff are super friendly. They have their own scuba center so organizing a trip is very easy. I didn’t realize they had a dorm style room as well so if you like to share you can save even more money "

"Very peaceful place to stay with nice restaurant on the grounds. Gated access added to security. Able to walk along the water front and to a few different eateries. Only a seven minute, easy walk to the water taxis. We caught our bus to Guatemala near the water taxis. Wish we had saved some time to catch the water taxis to a one or more of the excursions offered."
