「Great place stay for the whole family. Restaurants, bars, and really interesting art all around the facility.」

「it wasnt a bad place but it was not handicap accessible and i could not believe there was no coffee on the permisses」

「方便」

「I’m going to assume it was glaringly obvious and I just overlooked it in my haste to book this trip last-minute, but I was unaware this was not a hotel until I showed up at midnight and had to go through the additional check-in steps. Luckily I had all the resources available to complete the check-in, but had I been without cell reception/charge, I would’ve had nowhere to sleep. I did think I had selected “hotels” as part of my search, but again, am giving the benefit of the doubt. Maybe...

「Bed is up in loft and there’s not much space to sit up or move around. Great location and there was convenient street parking right out front.」

「Place is a little Skechty, would not recommend it. There were a pile of dirty loundry there when we checked into our room, floor was sticky and shower was gross」

「If you can find somewhere else to stay while you’re in Portland, do it. We arrived to an unbearably hot room, all the blinds up, air conditioner broken. Communication with property management was a nightmare and completely unhelpful. Maintenance wasn’t able to come till the next day; they claimed they came into our room and saw that the air conditioner worked properly, but there was no evidence they entered our room at all. The AC remained broken, so we were without it the entirety of our trip...

「Terrible don’t book here. Doesn’t even have the right location, went there and I saw no hotel. And they refused to give me a refund」
