「The reception, the face of the hotel, is not friendly. Especially the female employee. The name is unknown due to lack of a name tag, but the female employee who worked at 11:10 a.m. on September 29th. She treated me or made me wait recklessly since the check-in time. Even the guests who came late were guided first. I strongly felt that I was ignored. I advise you to identify who you are and educate yourself again strongly.」

「I had a great stay at Privado Hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and having a gym on-site was very convenient. The location is excellent—close to the marina, bazar, and lots of food options nearby. For couples, I’d recommend booking a suite. Ours was very nice and spacious, with a queen-sized (almost) bed that made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, a solid choice and I’d gladly return.」

「You could have better option with this price. Hotel facilities old (unless you are obsessed with this antique style). There is a ‘museum’ under the hotel but not opened even to hotel residents. You need to ask them to open the door. Most Staff we met were not friendly.」
