What made this hotel excellent was the staff- they were always so polite and helpful. There was a slight hiccup with the booking which the guest relations sorted out very quickly. The buffet was delightful, offering so many different choices. The Lobby bar cocktails were amazing, not watered down like you can get in other hotels. The entertainment staff were very friendly and interacted nicely with us. Overall a very enjoyable stay

This is the second time I have stayed at the Megasaray with my wife and son. The sea view room is pleasant and the amenities are very good. Staff are professional and courteous and the location cannot be faulted with the beach itself just a few minutes across the road. The food options are varied and enjoyable and the entertainment team are passionate and energetic in trying to get guests involved. I'm sure I will revisit Antalya and were this to be the case, I would come back to this hotel.

As a guest who has stayed at this hotel at different times, I can say that the food and beverage service during the holiday period was by far the best. My stay at Megasaray Hotel exceeded expectations. The staff were incredibly polite and always willing to help, which made the whole experience feel welcoming. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around. The spa deserves a special mention, as it was truly outstanding. Ayu provided one of the best treatments I’ve ever had, and I’d highly recommend booking with her. Overall, a fantastic stay and I’d happily recommend this hotel.

Megasaray West Beach was unreal. It looks like a resort that would exist in Miami. It has a fun, Kitchy style like Besty Johnson. The employees are all incredibly nice and helpful. They gave me a bottle of wine upon checking in and a bunch of free Starbucks coupons. The amenities are awesome! The buffets were super delicious and had all fresh produce. The bar has everything and the bar tenders are all very good! I didn't even really leave because everything was there. The pools were great with plenty of chairs and places to lounge. The spa was excellent. I had a lovely massage, hamam bath and facial. The beach access was perfect and there was a bar specially for the resort. The view of the mountains was unlike anything I've ever seen on a beach and I live near beautiful beaches in the USA. This has to be one of the nicest resorts I've ever stayed at. Bonus, there was a fun celebration for May 19th! I've learned so much about Turkiye this week. I really love the country so far and look forward to coming back again soon! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

The hotel is situated in west beach Antalya so it's a good Central location. Half the rooms face the city and the other half face the sea. The indoor heated pool isnt the biggest, and it isnt as luxorious inside as some of the other more expensive hotels. However, 2 things set this hotel apart. First, the food is generally a much better standard then other hotels i have stayed in (Rixos, doubletree). The second is the sea view which was amazing. The rooms are within 30m of the sea shore, and we could hear the sea all day and night from our room. We were on the 7th floor - on entering the room all we could see from the window was the sea, a spectacular view. There isnt a private beach and no sun loungers on the beach, but overall v happy with the stay and would definitely come back.

I am a returning customer. Went there last time and loved the whole experience. This time it didn't meet expectation. Specially the food. They have reduced food items. And the quality of food has kinda went down too. May be they need to look into it. Increase items for lunch and dinner. Everything else was good. We had some issue and they sorted it out straight away.
