Nice hotel in Turin
This was a great hotel. They held our bags since we arrived in the city before check in. There is a grocery store on the corner. They upgraded our room to a nicer room (that's what they told us). It was in a great location near some nice restaurants and cafes. The hotel is not near the center of shopping, but that is what we wanted. I would definitely stay here again.

24h and not far from porto Nuovo; but not overpay
I looked where to redeem Reward nights and that is clue hotel have some problems; plus it was my first visit into Torino without understanding if I arrive to Porto Susa or Porto Nuovo after 10pm. Then, when you see set of totally different hangers in the closet and absence of "do not disturb" sign - you can be sure room manager position not really exists since covid lockdowns. Worst part: internal yard space shared with COOP supermarket unloading area and couple of low social lelel multi-apartments houses. I feel safe its just question of loud anti-melodic chatting and burst of laugh from time to time since 6am till 0.30am, loud TVshow etc. Then sound insulation is weak, and nearly no nice parks or squares to sit or early bird coffeshops in 5min walk. On good side, it is not too close to railway station (do not book hotels which are on main street!), just 12min walks to airport express bus, and on the edge of nice districts with lot of beatiful historical houses. Plus I got free upgrade to double room with balcony (accessible room actually and facing that sometimes noisy internal yard), for price paid with Rewards nights redeemed cannot claim regarding value. When pay by own cash and not need 24h reception, however, I would prefer apartments somewhere between Corso Generale Govone (Politechnic) and Piazza Benefica (or around it).

Dear Mr Victor,our inside court is only for us. Maybe you saw our shopping, we do it every 2 days to have always the most fresh food for our client.We are very close to the center of Torino unfortunately the big park are outside the center. thank you for your stay

Great value in Torino
The hotel is a good value; comfortable, clean and they offered a full breakfast at a reasonable cost. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The popular sites were all within a 20 minute walk.

So good I stayed an extra night. In the photos it looks more old fashioned than the kind of place I’d usually choose but in reality, it was fresh, clean, with an extremely comfortable bed and very helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again

Great Piedmontese hospitality!
Traditional hotel with slightly tired decor, about 10 minutes from the train station. I checked in quite late, and was delighted to have been upgraded to a double room. I was recommended an excellent local restaurant, and the reception staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. My room was very comfortable and the en-suite was spotless. The buffet breakfast was vast and great value.

This is a charming hotel . Beautifully decorated with antiques throughout the hotel and rooms . Room has everything you need mini fridge, hot water kettle , wardrobe, window that opens, safe and plenty of hot water / good pressure in shower. Breakfast room looks out on the inner courtyard. Location was an easy walk from train station and nearby trams / buses to get around or 20 minute walk to Castle Square . I enjoyed my 5 night stay very much . Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Amazing management, very welcoming and friendly, interested in us and engaging. Lovely rooms with balcony to observe day to day comings and goings. Central location a short stroll under the arcades to many landmarks. A lovely ‘corner store’ Carrefour very close by

Convenient location in a quiet undervalued city
Torino has lots to see and almost no other tourists. Great room and friendly service from the staff of the Liberty.

Fabulous, friendly hotel.
Wonderful family run hotel. Spotlessly clean, quiet and very friendly. Excellent, good old fashioned service. Would definitely stay there again. Would also recommend the breakfast which was good value.

I liked the convenience of parking in front of the hotel, Thow it was for 15 euro / night. Otherwise like in all Italy the A/C is not cooling, is just circulating air and the rooms and shower are really small. Breakfast is good for a short stay but like me having same thing for 12 days is getting old and boooring. The way it is set up on Expedia the hotel doesn't get the booking with paid breakfast, so I had to pay twice for breakfast.

In your first reservation there was the breakfast included, someone cancel it. In the second no breakfast. we received the booking for a single room without Breakfast. if you paid 2 time I suggest you to contact immediatly the agency and ask the money back. thank you

Extremely friendly staff. Good breakfast and centrally located. 2-3 minutes walk from the teain station. 20-30 minutes walk to the cathedral of saint John the Baptist. Most enjoyable stay. No evening restaurant but some superb local eateries within a few minutes walk-one called 'the Slurp' is well worth a visit or two!!

The warmest welcome in Turin.
The service we received from the owners of the hotel was wonderful - with a warmer welcome than I’ve received from 5-star accommodation in the past! We were greeted with a lovely tour of our room and the facilities, all explained very clearly in English. The rooms are tasteful, traditional Italian style - modest and comfortable, but most importantly very clean. And the memory foam pillows are the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on - I’ve even noted the brand so that I can buy some for my own home! I’ll definitely be staying here the next time I’m in Turin.

Lovely stay
The best thing about this place is the people. The staff and really friendly and they helped me with my questions and gave me good recommendations for restaurants (Slurp is lovely!). The only 2 small points is that the room could have been a little cooler (fan on full power and it was 27C) and also having an iron in the room would be very useful. But overall an excellent place and super value, thank you.
