Good size room, cleanliness, staff are very accommodating, patient, and friendly. Although i have not used the pool, it looks really nice with the bar on the side. (The bar is so expensive, though). The proximity to beach is not bad, like 5mins walk.

A great hotel and a great location with excellent staff.The a la carte dining at the restaurant was amazing. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. rooms were a decent size and clean. It was very family friendly with lots of activities and amenities for kids. I did not travel with my children on this trip but would 100% bring them back to this hotel in the future. Everything was within a short walk from the hotel and easy to reach by foot or an e-bike if you prefer. The standout in this hotel is the staff. From the drivers to the reception staff, even the security guards are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The cleaning staff were always incredibly pleasant, proactive and very accommodating to different schedules.

We’ve stayed here before with my family and it was a really a great experience and our stayed here recently was also great. The staff are nice and friendly. We feel really safe since there are lots of security around.

A spacious and comfortable family room

We had been staying elsewhere in Boracay however desperately needed a night with more space and comfy beds and Hue was perfect. We enjoyed the staff assiting with early check in and swim/drinks/food in arvo at the bar. Only downside was someone ringing doorbell late at night and waking us unecessarily and distirbing our beautiful sleep in the comfy beds and a toilet that had a slight drip in second room. Breakfast was amazing too...pity we had to leave so early. We will be back if ever in Boracay.

Hue Hotels was an amazing experience, it was clean, modern, comfortable, and had excellent room design. The breakfast was slightly different each day, which was appreciated, and the service was fast & high quality. Upon arrival we were missing hand soap but it was easy to request it via room phone and they brought it up right away. Amenities like beach towels, extra toothbrushes, and fresh towels daily were provided. The pool bar service was excellent and they were very friendly to talk to. They even helped us find our shuttle to go back to the airport. I would highly recommend this location and would definitely stay again!

The hotel is almost too big. Staff were friendly, but I prefer the smaller resort hotels in the Philippines. Staff are more attentive and it feels more homely. Hotel restaurant was expensive but goods. Five minute walk to the beach or transportation out front to get there easier. Pool was big and nice. There is a gym as well so that was convenient overall it was a good stay.

I didn’t like the fact that there are limited options for food of small servings . I’m a small eater ( don’t eat a lot each time and almost all in the menu ( which I like are big servings like for 4-5 people. Otherwise the staff are excellent very courageous, friendly and very nice.

Top class customer service

I stayed for two nights & it was everything that I needed to relax and unwind. The hotel is at station X and is a short walk to the beach, centrally located to the restaurants bars & shops in station 2. The room was clean & had everything I needed including bottled filtered water in the room & stocked mini fridge. I like that the shower and toilet area are divided in the room. The staff & security were very friendly & helpful with anything I needed and housekeeping were very quick to bring anything extra to the room that I required. We even met a lady that works here down the street, on her day off work, who enquired if we were enjoying our stay. My friend mentioned she would be getting more towels for her room the next day & when we got back the towels had been delivered to my friends room already! She had obviously rang & told the hotel (on her day off!!) that is excellent customer service that I have never seen before! I just wish I had gotten her name but she is great!!(She works in the office) Two people I want to make a special mention to are Alexa, she both checked me in & out of the hotel & was so sweet& efficient. Last but not least James the Lifeguard!! He was so attentive to every single person at the pool & really went out of his way to make sure everyone was looked after & comfortable. He noticed how much I was struggling with the heat, got me a fan to put beside me, iced water & continuously checked on me. I hope they receive special recognition!! Thank you!
