Relaxing but don’t expect customer service

This is definitely not a chain hotel and more like a family owned hotel. The food is good and the environment is relaxed. Although do not expect to be pampered here.

Right on the beach with everything you need. Food drinks and a little convenience store. Sand everywhere no need for shoes

No tiene buena señal de internet, las cabañas son sencillas, pero toda la parte del beach club compensa! Hay buena comida y a buen precio, caguamas, dj a la tarde, y se hace muy buen ambiente! En definitiva, ahí es donde te pasas el día! La pase muy bien!

Great value, location, & service

For a cute authentic experience right on the beach, this is a great choice. At a fraction of the price of any other place right on the beach, the value of this place is hard to beat. Don't expect the Ritz when you stay here (our unit did not have AC, but the fan was plenty for January. You will want to use the provided mosquito net at night). Water was hot, bed was comfortable, and location unbeatable. It's far better than a tent, but also no fancy all inclusive hotel, so as long as your expectations are appropriate you will enjoy your stay here. Service both at the bar and on check in was very personable and friendly. Food was great, and location to other food establishments was also 9 out of 10. All in we would stay here again.

No tiene luz la cabaña, entra todo el aire de la playa. Se apago el boiler del agua caliente y nunca fueron a prenderlo. No hicieron la limpieza del cuarto un dia. Le falta mucho a ese hotel para ser un hotel de 3 estrellas

Basic budget accommodations (by Tulum standards)

Pros: The hotel is on the beach for a third to a quarter of the price of the other beach hotels in Tulum. Room was spacious with a king sized bed. Location is excellent and a short walk from all of my favorite restaurants in Tulum. Cons: You get what you pay for. Our “panoramic room” was a ground floor room with a sliding door. The room was extremely basic, dark, uninviting, and the bathroom lacked any privacy (a half wall serves as the divider). Lights and WiFi are turned off at night until around 10 am. If you are only concerned about price or staying just one night, the hotel and room is fine. If you want a vibe...perhaps look at the other rooms or another hotel. We pretty much just changed and slept here, so it was fine.
