「El check in decía 3 pm y nos dijeron que era a las 5 pm, obvio salimos y al regresar no nos dieron la habitación que seleccionamos dos camas matrimoniales a piso, en su lugar un minicuarto con litera donde te golpeaba la cabeza a cada paso. Le hecha ron la culpa a Expedia y no quisieron cambiarnos según que mi amiga fue al baño 1 vez y lo ensucio. Si me molesto mucho ese trato. 」
