The property is safe, quiet and very convenient and walkable distance to shopping malls, restaurants. The girl at reception is very helpful. Though the check in was after 3pm we arrived early and the room was ready. Restaurant service was fast and good.

The only good thing about the house is the location, al the rest Is terrible. The room is dated and not well maintained, the floors were broken and I tripped several times, there was no A/c nor heating, I was told I was gonna get towels later on my check in day but they never arrived, I was not going to use that shower anyway, it looked dirty and not functional at all, and as the cherry on top on the last night of my stay the toilet didn't flush, there was no water so I had to fill a bucket with water from the shower to clean it, because there was no one at the reception for most of the day. I had low expectations because the price was low but nothing prepared me for that. Avoid if possible, and if you must make it only for one night only.

I was trying to sleep, and I couldn't. Noise everywhere. people talking in the patio next to my bedroom all night. The hallway light that allows people to use the shared bathrooms was next to the window, and the light kept coming on an off. I didn't sleep well.

Don't let the pictures fool you, the property is not like what its been advertised on the website. The room that we got was not not what we expected and match the pictures that was online. The room was up a flight of stairs and we have huge luggage to carry up. There was no hot water the first day we stayed there. Restroom was kinda dirty. Bed sheets seems dirty. No fridge. Towels was not provided, we had to ask. The room was not soundproof, you can basically hear everything in the whole building.

First arrive, no towels in the bathroom. The shower, either cold water or hot water will come out and could not be adjusted. Reported the issue and Maintenance was call twice but did not fix the problem. There was no air condition on any of the hotel rooms as posted in their website. Reception personal was not available at all, we were missing towels and nobody answered the phone, whatsapp, nor was present at the front desk. We were unable to take a shower or even speak to a person. Nobody was at the front desk nor answered when we tried to check-out, we had to leave the keys on the desk. It was awful.

This hotel sucks! They clean the rooms every three days, you can hear everything from other rooms because the drywalls are so thin. The patio floaded when it rained and the sewer smelled. Some of the rooms do not have windows or fans, nor air-conditioning. The heat was suffocating! There are roaches and no costumer service at nights and often during the day. The courtyard is so uninviting and hot because it does have a single tree and the few plants are as dried as the Arizona desert. The whole hotel looks built out off onstruction codes. Some of the restroom are so reduced in space that one is so near the smelly trash can.
