「The cabin was in terrible condition. It felt dirty and worn out. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool looked lovely. I didn’t actually realise that a ferry had to be taken to reach the resort. I wouldn’t stay here again as it was isolated and I wanted to be closer to Ballina.」

「Loved the room, AC was good. Room had everything we needed. Just two things was needed please, 2 extra towels & a mattress topper because the bed was too hard. Others than that overall experience was great! We will be back, Thank you 😊」

「A small single room-in-room for Triple Travelers. There was a small swimming pool outside the room. When it was a bit chilly during the Christmas of 2017, the pool was not in serviceable condition.」

「Stay one night Christmas eve , and left on 25/12 ,it was Christmas holiday, the city was so quiet, even we could not find any restaurant for our dinner.lucky we find one and only one in the down town the chinese express shop. And the hotel in charge tell us,he would leave on 24 /12 night and no body staff left.told us to leave the key while check out, just ok. it was quiet unbelieve that no in charge staff on duty to manage the hotel. so I took experience that no next time coming on this date.」
