「They took our food alergies but did nothing with it nor did they make any alterations or amendments to accommodate the lack of food options for those who could not eat from their regular menu. I am alergic to seafood and half their options included seafood. The buffet lunch was fine but the set dinner menu had 60% seafood. 「We just returned from a 2 day 1 night cruise on the Paradise Grand. It was perfect. We were tendered out to the boat and I wasn’t sure what to expect. 「all the staff are very warm and nice. They care about their service a lot and always try to know if everything ok during the trip. The room is clean as they come to clean up very frequently not only once a day. The food is also yummy and I have nice and special meal during my stay.」
