"Good choice of boat. Good food, fun activities, pleasant service. They coped very well with requests for gluten-free food and no seafood. My original departure was cancelled due to tropical storm but they contacted me, arranged a new date that suited me and helped me sort my transport to and from Halong (from Hanoi and to Ninh Binh)"

"The ship is definitely older but functional. Friendly staff and helpful. Bring water as they charge for it through the cruise (all beverages are for sale). They need to improve their timetable as all boats are trying to do the same activities at the same time leading to the sites being extremely crowded (the second morning the sites were empty!). Overall worth it but if I was to go again, I would do a longer cruise or a day cruise."

"Everything about Aspira Cruise is excellent. We had a great stay. The rooms were very well appointed with great interiors. The lunch buffet, set-menu dinner, and brunch spread was awesome. The personalized care to requirements was the best part of the service. Courteous and polite staff were always on their toes to make your experience the best.
