Outstanding service. Staff are knowledgeable; the food is quite Westernized. Highly recommend this company as they always look out and take care care of you since the service began to the end.

Inolvidable

Terrific boat and service. I did not like that we could not sit wherever we wanted at the restaurant. We ended up seating next people that don't speak English.

This was a very nice place to stay.

Emperor Cruises ensures your privacy as opposed to other cruises in Halong Bay. With just only 6 cabins to choose from, including 2 Royal Suites located at the front of the boat, you feel right at home on a yacht that is not crowded. The staff is attentive and the experience is a memorable one. The crew needs to work on the food in order to meet more international standards. All in all, a great experience to witness one of wonders of the world. We recommend booking one of the Royal Suites for...

Great staff, great team and host. Mrs. Julia was attentive, nice and her and her team made the cruise and adventures great. We definitely would return.

It was an unforgettable experience! The room where we stayed was overlooking the vast bay and it was beautiful. The amenities on the cruise ship were wonderful, and the hospitality was above and beyond. We felt truly welcomed and cared for by the crew and they always provided what we needed. Truly a Five-Star experience for our family. Shout out to Ms. Kim (the cruise manager), Ms. Erin (server), and Mr. Tran (swim & kayaking), they took very good care of us!

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, the restaurant had nice well presented food. If you are looking for a beach resort holiday I wouldn't choose this hotel until they have completed their expansion, once this has been done I can only imagine it will be the place to go.

Everything was perfect

They switched to Tulip cruise and gave us an upgrade to 2 VIP rooms for our family. It was beautiful. Wonderful staffing. Food needs to be improved.

LOVED this staff. Everything about this cruise was wonderful. The rooms are huge for a small boat and you can't beat the views. Splurge and book the two nights, you'll be glad you did.

the staffs r exeptional, very helpful and friendly. love everything about this cruise.

Beautiful room with balcony to experience the beauty of HaLong Bay. Well paced itinerary with down time but also plenty to see. Cuisine was tasty with many options

I like the Cruises staffs and well organized.

Excellent!!! No other words to really describe it!! From beginning to end it was simply marvelous.

A lovely time on boat with Alisa Cruise ! Everything was great especially the food and people on boat. All are very friendly and good young looking people. Our room was on the 2nd deck so we got a big view which was really pleasant to me for my morning favorite " morning coffe time" . Itinerary would be perfect if can extend longer but over all very pleasant stay.
