「I stayed at line myoko in end of feb in 2023, and came again in March 2024. The hotel staff are all still very friendly, and front desk staff Yoko San has especially been very helpful to me in every way from arranging rides and even in driving and accompanying me in snowboarding rental. I really appreciate the way she is committed and devoted in delivering the best customer service and hospitality. I always feel like a vip staying at the lime myoko in off peak season. 「The hospitality (service and meals) at Shiganoyu Hotel were amazing. While we did not speak Japanese and the staff did not speak English, they used a translation tool for conversation and didn't let that be a barrier. It was so comfortable for our family of 5 - very homey and welcoming. The tea and treat upon check-in was a nice surprise and delicious. The onsen was a relaxing bonus!
