「It's the best hotel to stay if you want to go to Balos Beach & Lagoon the next day. We had a nice room at the first floor with a sea view and the swimming pool was just outside the room. The facilities are new and good. However, the room still has strong smell of decoration. We had to open the window to get some fresh air. The restaurant at the the hotel provides breakfast and buffet dinner which are not bad.」

「To say that our stay here was excellent is truly an understatement. Crete was more than I could have ever dreamed of, and this hotel played a huge part in that. The drive to the hotel is definitely not the easiest drive, but it is so worth it (very windy road up and down the mountain, it is all paved and there are guardrails but very little light at night). Being in the mountains and away from the city was so quiet and relaxing and the town in the area felt so authentic and non-touristy, it was...

「I felt like I died and went to heaven. This resort was the perfect ending to our time on Crete. The staff were abundant and went above and beyond. There was always an option and abundance of food and premium drinks available. I would highly recommend. Excellent resort for families with children and teens.」

「Nice property for the money. We love the town, it's our second time there. The pool was very nice.. the Wi-Fi was adequate, our only complaint was the AC had issues. Bed was good, elevator worked, they have a small parking area, holds five to six cars but parking in the alley seemed fine. The balconies are quite large, we enjoyed sitting out on ours. They don't have pool or beach towels / chairs like some of the other hotels do. But overall, was happy with the stay. I didn't try the...
