「You took my money and hadn’t booked. I’ve been trying to get my refund as they made me pay at the property when you had already taken my money and told me I had a booking. I got there and there was no booking and no money in my account. I do not trust this site anymore and will be sharing this with all my peers and network. 」

「This was the worst place I have ever stayed at, nowhere near what is advertised. Under new ownership who says she is being scammed and does not paid by Expedia, Does not receive bookings, has no airport transfers, no towels or soap, no breakfast, the place is very old, only one broken lamp in the bathroom, other lights do not work. Expedia please investigate this place.」
