「Worse staff ever. Took an hour check in. Room was prepaid. They charged $155.01. Stated system glitch. Supposedly refunded but it was charged again. Manager Rhema called me a liar and said it was her word against mine. Her representative Jessica said refund timeframes was 2 days. Had to call corporate. Still waitin on refund 」
