「This is an excellent property. It is extremely comfortable and homey, well stocked with towels, linens, cooking supplies, bathing supplies, dishes, et cetera. It it around the corner from a cvs, a grocery store, a pizza place and a Starbucks (and is very close to a local coffee shop though I wouldn’t recommend walking). It is also very easy to park and get around the area from here. We also had no issue keeping it cool in the summer with numerous fans and windows. Could not have been better. 」

While the house does have 2 bathrooms, one is off limits. The master bed and bath are designed as the owners area and access is denied. So while I paid for a 2 bed 2 bath I only got a 2 bed 1 bath. While the customer service for Incline Cottage was great and the house was not, in any regards, in disrepair, it was definitely not up to standards for their asking rental price.
