We arrived between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and no one was at the front desk or even in the lobby at all. It took 10 minutes before a maid appeared and went to get the check-in person. Then we were told that a room would not be ready for 30 to 60 minutes. We left and returned in about an hour and again, no one at the front desk for 5-10 minutes. Breakfast that was supposed to be available at 6:30 was not available before we left at 7:15.

The chair and ottoman in our room looked as if a cat had claws on it. It was also dirty. There was a parking fee that I do not under as well.

I paid for a king bed and rhey moved me to a double and the mattress was bigger than the frame and made the bed uncomfortable where we would fall off. Very unpleased nothin was offered since it was yall mistake

The hotel was nice and staff was super friendly and accommodating. The only issue was the bathrooms were not clean. The toilet had dried urine on the bottom and the shower had hair in various places from a previous stay. So they couldn’t have possibly been cleaned thoroughly. Other than that everything else was good.

Very noisy. We could hear people above us and a lot of machinery noise. Options for eating were limited in restaurant in Marriott.

So little water pressure in the tub that the shower didn’t work which is the reason for the low score. Didn’t discover this until trying to take a shower in the morning.

Too Expensive Poor Value
Way too expensive. Pool closed. Should automatically reduce price when pool is closed. NO free breakfast. Won’t stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here after a full day of driving it was the perfect spot to stay for the evening. We would stay here again if passing through the area.

This is an expensive hotel to stay at without any Adminities that cheaper hotels offer. Like breakfast, something in the afternoon.

The hotel is clean and the beds are very comfortable. The only concern is the elevator, it makes some crazy sounds when going down. It's been like that since we first came last year, and it's still doing it.

Unacceptable condition for a Marriott property
The positive: Furnishings were up-to-date and lovely. Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. These are the basics and Courtyard delivered on them. The negative: the electrical outlets on the bedside lamps were so loose that they wouldn't hold a plug, which meant that both of us had to put our phones in inconvenient places while we slept. Also, the thermostat seemed unresponsive to anything we tried. It was freezing when we arrived and stifling during the night. I'm not a prima dona. My husband and I take lots of road trips during which we often stay at 1950's vintage motels. We pay $60-80 and accept that there will be issues. But Courtyard Marriott charges nearly triple that amount. For that price, I expect far better. THIS IS A MARRIOTT PROPERTY! DO BETTER!

The service/hospitality was good; however, the room was dirty. For $250/night, I would expect better. There were stains on the curtains and ottoman that were very gross. The carpet also had stains on it and the shower amenities were on the floor because the holder was broken. I would give this stay 1 out of 5 stars. We are coming back in September and already booked this hotel weeks ago due to the lack of options. I hope our stay next month is much better than this one.

The nights we stayed we had a terrible storm which temporarily put the elevator out of order which was a small inconvenience compared to how bad the winds were howling. Overall great weekend stay.

Marriott needs to do better!
This was by far the nasty Marriott I’ve ever stayed in. White comforters get dirty easy and quickly. Putting dirty/dingy comforters on the beds is AWFUL! Not to mention, one bed had blood stains on the comforter.

Manager went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We arrived late but she was willing to have the kitchen make us something to eat after a long day of traveling. Informed us of amenities and hours. Rooms were clean and cool when we arrived.
