「The location and apartment were great! Unfortunately the beds were the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept in - so lumpy and uneven we couldn't sleep for the 2 nights we were there. The sofa bed mattress was so thin you could feel the metal frame all night. The mattresses all need replacing!」

「Luxury is suɓjective but no. Studio suite was small with no lake view. Arrived to find black sharp grit dog hair and dried dog food on floor and some grit and dog hair on bottom of the bed. Vacumn in entrance solved this. Black mould on glass and frame in bathroom due to single glazing on all windows was cleaned. Despite staying 3 nights owner was unable to replace the missing hair dryer in that time. Middle window curtain and underbench rubbish bin needs repairing. Parking on site and bed...

「When we entered the apartment it was so cold and took all night for the heat to warm up. It was not a pleasent first impression. The apartment was advertised to have a king sized bed and it was an extremely hard queen sized bed. The first plate and fork rhat I went to use were bith dirty. 「 Convenient location close to train station, bus departures, supermarket and start of shopping and restaurant streets. Small room with adequate ensuite and character to decoration.」

「We had a lovely few days in this quaint cottage. There is everything you need and very close to the village pub, where they let us park our car, as not really ideal outside the cottage. Will definitely return if we go back to the Lake Distruct.」

「Really loved out stay at Little Mell Fell. Great instructions to find it. Set up really well for either a couple or a family of 4. Love that it's pet friendly. Was really clean and felt relatively recently done. The location was great to get around Ullswater and out to the surrounding lakes. 」
