The front desk staff were over-the-top friendly and super helpful! Rooms were clean and perfect for our short stay. The continental breakfast was better than most. I'd stay here again!

The lady at the front hotel check in desk, Manda, was not helpful at all. She never asked for my drivers license. She was very, very rude. She was not willing to help with my situation at all. So, I went along with her way. The next morning I called the front desk and spoke with Pam. I really loved my stay here. It was a great deal and well worth it! Staff was extremely nice and chill. The breakfast was great; nice and warm! The room was just right, the bed was comfortable, and the tv was awesome. The heater worked great during the night and wasn't too loud. You do need to allow the water to heat up, but after like 2-3 minutes your good ^.^ Also wifi is available and works, at times (rarely) it would go in an out, but hey it's the UP---it's already a given you may have...
