Personal was very polite, although be aware that if you have a late check-in you should let them know in advance. The hotel is located in a wonderful place in Kvaløya. It is very close to Tromso and just 15 min away from the airport with the bus. From the hotel you can reach the beautiful Ersfjord in 13 min with the bus as well. So even if you are not renting a car, you can access many places from the hotel. I had the wonderful luck to stay there in my last two days in tromso and the Auroras we saw were breathtaking, and we could just simply leave our room and enjoy the view with less light pollution than in Tromso city. I would definitely repeat the experience. Plus they also organize Aurora and fjords tours with professional and very friendly competent guides.

Our stay was one night. The property was satisfactory and provided all necessary amenities. However, the bedroom was too small for a double bed and the rooms were not soundproofed. This made it difficult to sleep and was a significant disturbance.
Parking was charged at 100 Kron per night and there were no alternative options. This felt somewhat forced.

We stayed for three nights. The curtain in the kitchen area was missing, so when people walked past they could see clearly inside, which affected privacy.
There were no laundry facilities available for guests. Although we saw a laundry room on the premises, staff informed us that it was not for guest use. Access to laundry was one of the main reasons we chose this property, as we are travelling across several countries in Europe and needed washing facilities.
