「Rooms are very very small .. not worth the rates」

「All good, bigger room would be better」

「Awful service. Night manager (the bigger sized guy) is one of the rudest ustomer service people I've ever met. For example, he will cut the call halfway through if you call reception, if he doesn't feel like speaking to yoy. Hotel is on the side alley by an extremely popular cinema theatre so there is constant noise and often the road is blocked (by police due to crowd) or full of traffic. Please stay away from this place. There are plenty of other better options in Chennai.」

「It was a horrible experience in my life. All items in the room were dirty and smelly. Hair on the bed and sheet with blood was disgusted. Stayed for 2 nights and other gusts spoke very loud at the midnight. I asked to the receptionist but no changed and didn’t sleep well. Nightmare of two nights.」
