This was the second time I've stayed at thos property. Great location and friendly staff. Facility was clean. Sometimes the loud music from the hard rock cafe late at night was a bit annoying, otherwise its a great property

Amazing hotel in a nice location

Stayed here first time and had a wonderful experience, the rooms are reasonably priced and the restaurant has very nominal prices while delivering excellent quality. Staff are polite and the spa and swimming pool are great as well. Breakfast is normal, WiFi is strong, decent toiletries, clean rooms and beds, overall a great comfortable stay. Will come back definitely.

Excellent hotel

A perfect stay, all was on top level, if possibke I would rate 6 stars instead of 5. Very impressing was the fact, that I still could get something to eat after check in, although it was 03:30 pm. I onky can recommend this hotel dnd will ook again for sure

Clean, large, and well equipped with a comfortable bed. The breakfast is very good and the staff is very helpful. The front desk staff quickly arranged a comfortable car with a safe and accommodating driver to go around the city for 15 hours for a reasonable rate.

This hotel was very good comparable to other 4/5-star hotels in the area with a much better price. Staff were always courteous and helpful. Restaurants and food variety was excellent. Poolside restaurant had a great selection of American cuisine. Breakfast buffet was great. Provision of free water bottles everyday and minor details like weighing machine in room is a boon for foreign visitors.

Never expected the hotel will be this good for the money I paid. Excellent front desk staff, good helpers and best breakfast buffet. There was a female staff in the breakfast place who took care all our requests with a smiling face and quickly.

This a super and well serviced property. After a long time, i liked the Hotel over-all. Room, comfort, decor, options, food, service and most importantly understanding a traveler’s need and accommodate it : a FIVE Star for me !!! If i am coming to Chennai again, this is the property i will stay at.

Food was good. Housekeeping staffs did a good job. Rooms were spacious. However, the carpet in the walkway needs to be changed due to the unpleasant smell. Bathroom tiles were slippery therefore a potential hazard.
