「This hotel was a "wow" all around. The photos don't do it justice: 1) The area: the town it was in is super cute. Everyone knows one another in the area. Views of Etna were incredible. Just a very beautiful region of sicily. 2) The service: the front desk helped us book a helicopter tour of etna. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour, it was fantastic! 3) Spa: Wow wow wow - beautiful turkish bath, and you get it all to yourself with the fee. 「Loved it! Probably the best value for your money. Conveniently located if you want to tour Taormina, a 15 minute drive to Lumbi parking lot from where you can get a free bus ride to Taormina. Amazing breakfast, super clean, and friendly service. A bit hard to find as the reception of the hotel is kind of hidden in a semi basement entrance within a building complex that can be very busy during peak season (summer). Walking distance from the beach. Highly recommend, would definitely stay again. 」

「Love the hotel and all of the amenities, activities, and food choices offered. The private beach was perfect and with the restaurants, bars, and pools one wouldn’t have to leave to hotel if they did not want to. My one dissatisfaction is the service overall was very slow - everything from questions to check in was a 15-20min process. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend this to friends and family! 」

「A great hotel with very friendly staff with the added bonus of a view of Etna from our balcony for my volcano obsessed son. Good food throughout the day and a decent pool. Beds were quite hard, which I thought would be a problem, but slept very well. Would recommend.」

「Schönes Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal, nahe zum Strand und in die Stadt (ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß). Sehr schöner Poolbereich, Balkon mit Blick zum Ätna, Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Straße, aber es wäre auch eine Garage vorhanden, die wir nur zum Fahrradunterstellen genutzt haben. Frühstück hatte alles, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses nette Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. 」
