Our online check-in was fully recognized, so there was no need to repeat the process. No credit card was requested and payment was deferred until checkout, which was a pleasant surprise. 「La struttura è in un vecchio stabile molto caratteristico. Bene tenuto, molto pulito, letti comodi. Colazione fatta al momento con dolce e salato. Personale gentile e disponibile. Le camere si trovano al secondo piano senza ascensore, ma per noi non è stato un problema. Nel complesso direi promossi, ci tornerei.」

「Una struttura che si inerpica su una delle colline che attorniano la gradevole e bella Gioiosa Marea, divisa in altezza in tre corpi separati. Non adatta per chi ha problemi di deambulazione. Manutenzione scarsa. Panorama spettacolare, piscina favolosa che da l'illusione di essere un tutt'uno col mare. Personale gentile ma impreparato. Camere pulite, televisioni risalenti all'arca di Noe. Colazione italiana tutto sommato soddisfacente. Pranzo e cena da evitare. 」

「Overall a nice stay. The property itself is very dated and needs a renovation/upgrade. But the service at breakfast, and the views from the upgraded rooms are great. Standard rooms are not great. Reception staff average. Gym needs more weights/equipment (but decent room). Some small improvements (aside from a total refresh/renovation) would make a huge difference.」

「The hotel is very beautiful. The 2 starred restaurant is excellent. But you have to check out at 11am, a bit too early. The concierges are quite arrogant, no smile. But the view of our rooms are gorgeous.」
