"After booking a room with a kitchen online, I contacted the hotel to confirm and was told my reservation did not include one. After verifying that my original booking did list a kitchen, I went back and forth with the hotel but was still told none was available, so I canceled and rebooked a suite.
Upon arrival, we explained the situation and were told it would be looked into, but never heard anything further. The “suite” itself was disappointing; two small beds in one room and a largely empty adjoining space with just a sofa. The patio had only two chairs, no table, and overlooked the pool bathrooms. Despite multiple requests, we were never provided a table for either the room or patio.
At one point, we returned to find our room door propped open with no one inside, which was concerning. We reported it to the front desk and were told it would be investigated, but again received no follow-up.
Another frustrating experience occurred when we bought ice cream for our kids. When one cone broke and started leaking, I asked for a cup and was told I’d have to pay extra. The front desk said no manager was available and that someone would follow up, but no one did.
Overall, the stay fell far short of expectations. Staff were not particularly friendly and consistently failed to follow through on requests or concerns. Based on this experience, we would not return to this property."
