Was advised that I would be met at airport and no one there until I called again and waited an extra 30 minutes. Unreliable! On arrival at the hotel, our room was not ready, when check in was expected by 3 pm. We did not get a room until 4:30 and at that point put us in a room in a lower level with lesser views. Room had hair in bathroom, master bed and patio. Nothing in room for anything exceedingly t towels and sheets. Could not leave fast enough. Best part was being introduced to a driver that was even surprised we had stayed here. This is off the beaten path and nothing within walking distance. Pictures were deceiving of what this place is and the condition. Front desk staff was less than helpful in communicating and anytime someone new came in they had to focus their attention there as there was only one person capable of checking in. Curio stands for curious why anyone would enjoy this place. Recommendation Look Elsewhere

We had an ocean view room. The wind off the Atlantic was howling and opening the slider should be taken with caution. Unknowingly we had ours partly open causing a wind tunnel effect that caught the closet door which flew open while my wife was exiting the front door. The result was her being injured by the door, a deep gash to her heal. The situation spiraled down from there. The front desk was of no help in that they had virtually no first aid kit avalable so we were left with toilet paper to administer to the wound until I could get to a pharmacy the next day.

Our stay in Saint Kitts was absolutely unforgettable! 🌴☀️ From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that immediately made us feel relaxed and at home. The hotel itself is stunning — beautifully maintained grounds, breathtaking ocean views, and a peaceful tropical atmosphere that perfectly captures the magic of the island. Our room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Waking up each morning to the sound of the ocean and stepping out onto the balcony to see the turquoise water was truly a dream. The attention to detail in the room and throughout the property made our stay feel luxurious yet relaxed. The staff went above and beyond especially Chuck every single day. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and eager to help with anything we needed — whether it was recommendations for local spots, arranging transportation, or simply making sure we were enjoying our stay. Their kindness made the experience even more special. The amenities were fantastic as well. The pool area was gorgeous and perfect for unwinding, and the beach access made it easy to enjoy the crystal-clear water whenever we wanted. Everything felt calm, clean, and thoughtfully designed for guests to truly relax and soak in the beauty of Saint Kitts. 🌊 What really stood out was the overall atmosphere — peaceful, welcoming, and effortlessly beautiful. It felt like the perfect island escape.

Don’t waste your time getting the all inclusive package. It’s not all inclusive. We purchased it then they told us no drinks are included, breakfast items on the menu are not included, room service is not included, and lunch wasn’t included. If nothing is included but continental breakfast and dinner (only 2 choices) then it is not all inclusive. I feel scammed truly.

I recently stayed at KOI Resort Saint Kitts and had a mixed experience. Prior to arrival, I had arranged transfers to the hotel, but when I arrived they had not been organized. When I used the word “transfers,” the front office agent repeatedly corrected me by saying “transport,” which felt unnecessary and came across as rude. After speaking with the Front Office Manager, they kindly comped my transfers, which I appreciated. The highlight of my stay was Food & Beverage. The restaurant team, including the Chef and Director of Food & Beverage, were exceptional. The service was warm and attentive, and the food was delicious. They truly went out of their way to make my dining experiences enjoyable. Unfortunately, the front office team needs significant improvement. Many basic questions could not be answered, including simple inquiries about charges on my card. When calling the front desk, I was placed on hold for long periods (up to 10 minutes). On one occasion I had to hang up, and when I called back it seemed the agent had forgotten about the call entirely. Housekeeping also needs attention. My room was not properly cleaned on arrival—there was hair on the floor and mold in the mini fridge. Overall, I rate my stay 3 stars. I would return to dine at the restaurant, but I would not stay at the resort again unless there are improvements in front office service and housekeeping standards.
