"We did find the bed to be small but we were swapped to another room without any fuss. Our stay was lovely. The hotel was very nice and clean. The bed was really comfy. The food was excellent and the staff were really friendly. "

"I wasn’t super impressed with this hotel. The first room I was given had a horrible chemical smell coming from the bathroom. I turned on the fan full throttle, but it didn’t clear if even after running all night. I let the front desk person know in the morning before I left for the day. When I returned, they moved me to a different room because they hadn’t been able to get the engineer to come to their location despite having 8 hours to do so. The sink drain holes in both rooms were blocked so...
