「I read through the reviews and was honestly quite scared of the metal door hook breaking in method but during my stay I had no such issue. The apartment self catering was beautiful, it had all the pots, pans and cutlery needed to cook. There was a washing machine and a microwave included. In the cupboard there was ironing equipment.Safe was included in the closet. Also very nice citrus shampoo, conditioner and soap. The housekeeping was very helpful and nice, glass water bottles was replaced...

「Worst nights sleep ever!! The beds were the biggest issue and the main reason I would not recommend Wyndham Residences Algarve Carvoeiro. We expected a new 4-star hotel experience, but the bed was unbelievably hard. Genuinely the hardest and most uncomfortable hotel bed we have ever slept on. There was no topper or anything to soften it, and my back still hurts. Our friends had a separate room and had the same experience. None of us slept well. The room also got extremely hot. 「Didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel because there are so much to see in Algarve. Rooms are really spacious and clean with a huge balcony. A relaxing stay except the buffet dinner where you have to check in with the receptionist and then queue at a certain area to wait for seating. Food (not so hot) and ambiance are totally canteen-like. The next day we spent some more to eat at the Japanese restaurant next door which is good in terms of food and service - but you only get 15 Euro credit...
