「Overall, our stay was decent, but there were some disappointing aspects. We unfortunately saw a cockroach twice near the indoor pool area, which was concerning and affected our overall impression of the hotel. The general cleanliness also did not meet our expectations. 「2 toliet papers for 1 week for 3 people also no bin bags until 3rd day. Shower was mucky and dirty. Tap water to brush teeth was nasty and all 3 of us got sick. Communication with host was very difficult and we had to buy alot of stuff ourselfs e.g first 2 days we bought bin bags we bought toliet paper soap shower gel as it was jot provided. Towels were dirty as well.」

「Washing machine but no clothes horse! Cleaners were slap dash and didn’t speak the basics! Didn’t understand the word towel! Towels and bedding need to be updated they were tired. Gang of boys creating noise at 4am every morning. On a positive note the apartment was lovely and suitable for me as a wheelchair user. Very good location and the reception staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. Will book again. Please sort clothes horse / drying rack」

「Family of 5 can’t fault anything from start to finish Welcome by front of staff lovely, rooms lovely, facilities lovely, food was excellent Great location peaceful and only a short walk (10/15mins) to loads of places to eat supermarkets etc, gale beach is a must visit, more sheltered in the cove than salgados (small train hotel run a life saver for tired legs) Will 100 percent be back and recommend」

「The rooms were clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Didn’t have the time to try the spa, unfortunately. What we really didn’t enjoy was the buffet dinners. Not nice at all. Wouldn’t recommend this. We went for the deal offered for 2 meals and regretted this. Loved the peaceful, relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. Easy walk to the beach and local restaurant… delicious food.」

「Didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel because there are so much to see in Algarve. Rooms are really spacious and clean with a huge balcony. A relaxing stay except the buffet dinner where you have to check in with the receptionist and then queue at a certain area to wait for seating. Food (not so hot) and ambiance are totally canteen-like. The next day we spent some more to eat at the Japanese restaurant next door which is good in terms of food and service - but you only get 15 Euro credit...
