Das Hotel und die Zimmer machen zunächst auch einen sauberen Eindruck. Die Handtücher im Bad werden täglich gewechselt- eine tägliche Reinigung gab es aber nicht. 「2 toliet papers for 1 week for 3 people also no bin bags until 3rd day. Shower was mucky and dirty. Tap water to brush teeth was nasty and all 3 of us got sick. Communication with host was very difficult and we had to buy alot of stuff ourselfs e.g first 2 days we bought bin bags we bought toliet paper soap shower gel as it was jot provided. Towels were dirty as well.」

「Washing machine but no clothes horse! Cleaners were slap dash and didn’t speak the basics! Didn’t understand the word towel! Towels and bedding need to be updated they were tired. Gang of boys creating noise at 4am every morning. On a positive note the apartment was lovely and suitable for me as a wheelchair user. Very good location and the reception staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. Will book again. Please sort clothes horse / drying rack」

「The rooms were clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Didn’t have the time to try the spa, unfortunately. What we really didn’t enjoy was the buffet dinners. Not nice at all. Wouldn’t recommend this. We went for the deal offered for 2 meals and regretted this. Loved the peaceful, relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. Easy walk to the beach and local restaurant… delicious food.」

「Didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel because there are so much to see in Algarve. Rooms are really spacious and clean with a huge balcony. A relaxing stay except the buffet dinner where you have to check in with the receptionist and then queue at a certain area to wait for seating. Food (not so hot) and ambiance are totally canteen-like. The next day we spent some more to eat at the Japanese restaurant next door which is good in terms of food and service - but you only get 15 Euro credit...

「I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff is fantastic, particularly Adriana, the receptionist, and Jackson, who served breakfast in the morning. They’re incredibly caring and offer amazing hospitality. It’s a 10-star hotel, not 8.8 as the ratings suggest! 「Le personnel à la réception est très serviable et à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner excellent, copieux et varié, de bons produits. La personne de la conciergerie parle couramment français et nous a conseillé et réservé des restaurants très variés pour le diner. Le service parking et voiturier est très pratique. La piscine, les transats et parasols en bon état. La mer St Raphael est proche de l'hôtel. Nous avions loué une voiture et avons pu découvrir d'autres plages.」
