"We arrived at around 4:30 and there was not a room cleaned yet so had to wait another half hour to 45 minutes. The room wasn’t to bad. The mini fridge didn’t work very well the freezer definitely didn’t my ice cream was completely melted in a few hours. Breakfast was decent and everyone we encountered was nice "

"The hotel accommodations were nice and clean. The dining room was always in top shape, including the dining staff. I felt like the desk staff should have had more experience with the local dining/shopping offerings. The maintenance could have been a bit better, too - the toilet shifted because silicon caulking was used to settle the toilet instead of the proper leveling grout. The same goes for the tub spout but, to be clear, everything worked and was clean, you just had to be careful when...
