「Stay here!!!! This pub and inn is amazing. Great friendly staff, awesome rooms and great location to trails and port Isaac. If you’re American like me and afraid of driving down to the inn, no worries there is a car park at the top of the hill that is easy to park in and walk down a steep hill to the inn. Parking is a fee but not expensive. Pub food was great! Overall super happy with my stay (:」

「The pros: really good value for money and a very affordable single room - by far the lowest price when I was booking, highly accessible location near the connection of the two main A roads in the area, characterful ancient building with a pub and beer garden on ground floor stocking local ales, quaint village setting and public square to the front, it's not actually on the main road itself so outside noise wasn't too bad with the window open. 「We stayed 2 nights in sn upper floor twin room. The in room TV was tiny, but everything else about the stay was good. Internet was fast, breakfasts were very good, and we also enjoyed dining there in the evenings, with views of the last gokfers of the day on the 9th and 18th holes just outside the windows. Parking was easy, and the staff were great.」

「Lovely little hotel with great staff and rooms. We were lucky enough to stay in the Lostwithiel room beautifully comfortable bed with a bathroom that was huge. The breakfast was amazing with the hospitality second to none. All in all we had a great stay and will return when next visiting Bodmin.」
