「We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel and have yet to hear back from a Manager regarding the numerous complaints we had with the service experienced. 「Beautiful superior room with balcony view of the bay. Handy access to the train, shops, and restaurants. Good Continental breakfast and handy valet parking for &10/night.」

「Room was spacious, but under a function room, and the noise transmitted down. We had cool weather, and the room was warm. No aircon, so can imagine it would be very uncomfortable in hot weather. The room telephone and TV did not work when we got the room. Fixed the next day. TV was not networked, so no iPlayer etc. The Sundeck advertised with the room was a private patio outside. Ok, but not really private. Also cigarette butts not cleared away from previous occupants. Pool and gym ok...
