Spacious apartment and lovely terrace with views of Lake Como. Pool and garden an added bonus. Quiet location. On site parking available, but limited spaces. Convenient location in Lecco.

We were late checking in due to a delayed flight but the hotel was brilliant with us. Great communication. We had a fantastic say in lenno & the property was perfect for us as a family. The pool was an absolute bonus!

Check in was at a different location than the studio where I stayed. Apple Maps also shows “Residence Lenno” at a different location than the correct address s make sure you read all the details in the booking app to get the correct address and instructions on where to check-in. Other than that, it was a great stay! Super easy to walk to Villa de Balbianello and the scenery is beautiful.

Good things: A/C worked great. We didn’t use the pool but it seemed nice. Not so good things: The shower leaked and ran out of hot water quickly. The refrigerator wreaked. The curtain was slightly broken so it didn’t fully block the light out. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were rough.

Appartement tres propre personnel de l accueil très bien et parle très bien français parking en face de la résidence très bien faire attention le mardi car il y a le marché et les locaux viennent se garer Nous sommes déçus car on nous avait pas dit qu’il y avait des appartements au rez-de-chaussée et nous avions la vue sur le parking avec une toute petite terrasse la résidence est super bien placée juste à cinq minutes du bord du lac, village, très calme avec trois ou quatre très bons restaurants la piscine au premier étage et très calme et très propre aussi. Très belle résidence. Très bon séjour malgré le positionnement de notre appartement, je recommande quand même.

Superb value for money. Great location, a short walk from the lakeside promenade. As mentioned on other reviews, there's no path on the road outside the residence but there's a crossing to a cobbled lane that you can use to get to the promenade, avoiding the road. Great location for the ferry stop too. And, yes you have to check in at another hotel but its right outside the ferry stop on the way to the residence and the staff are lovely. We had a partial lake view room, which looked to have an equivalent view of the lake from the balcony as the full lake view, but a shorter length of sun on the balcony itself. Comfy, firm beds and quality linens and towels. Would definitely recommend for someone looking for a comfy base to explore the area. Location-wise, we found Lenno to be one of the better destinations on the lake - beautiful views, a selection of bars/restaurants and much less crowded than other places we visited.
