"this was a trip for our 20th anniversary the resort was beautiful and clean! beach and pool were fabulous, food and drinks pretty good. Spa was amazing. there are a couple issues that kept us from loving this place, definitely due to some poor management: 1) we upgraded to the privilege package at check in. did NOT get the amenities we paid for, they way over promised and way under delivered. then they tried to sell us on their travel club. it was a no for us. 2) if you are hoping for an adults only time this is not it. if you want to relax on the beach forget about it. the parents will invade the adult section and plop their screaming baby down right next to you for a diaper change, they will let their kids run around what is supposed to be the adult side throwing sand and rocks. the staff just allows it. Overall we just gave up and made the best of it, the staff was delightful, Jamaica was a great experience and so glad we went!"
