「Staff in the restaurant/spa bar/spa were really helpful and pleasant. The indoor pool was great. Sadly we didn't get to use the outdoor pool as it rained but it did look very nice. View from our room was lovely too. We booked breakfast on one day but found it too much after dinner the previous night. We ate at taste of Cornwall one night. The food was very good but the room was very dark and the music stopped a couple of times and nobody around to turn it back on, so lacked a nice ambience.」

「It was a little disappointing that there were no tissues in the room or bathroom. On Friday night we sat in the restaurant but on Saturday night we were put in the Tea Room which we felt there was a lack of atmosphere. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.」

「Good staff , food good , but no hot water in the sink or bath to wash in the morning it was stone cold. I told the manager who was very apologetic and said he would get it looked at.」

「The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Catarina. The spa area is a calming space with a large jacuzzi and beautiful views out to sea. The location of the hotel is great, set on the cliffs with stunning sea views. We signed up to do the complimentary Pilates session with Suzanne, which we both loved! We had a lovely breakfast and an evening meal at the Wild Cafe. The home baked artisan breakfast was a huge hit with us!」
